Me and my family came to San Mateo Florist to pick out a lei for my sister’s graduation. We were in a bit of a rush, and we came around 9AM. You’d think the employees would already be there at or before opening to prepare the shop for the day, but we were surprised to find the doors locked and nobody inside. At first, we were disappointed and a bit frustrated, but things happen. We were about to go somewhere else, until the employees finally arrived in about 10 minutes and apologized. They were very sweet people, and my sister picked out a beautiful and neatly presented lei that matched her dress. Overall, I would recommend. 4/5.
